I want you to know why this incredible coaching programme is so important, and why I made it for you.

I grew up as an undiagnosed neurodivergent, forced into a neurotypical world which was absolutely not made for people like me. My confidence was repeatedly shot down in flames, people gave me mixed signals every time I spoke, family and friends would support me then crap on me in the same breath...nothing made sense.

It took years and years (and YEARS) of self study, coaching, therapy, counselling, mental and physical breakdowns, and lord knows what else, before I made some unbelievably massive shifts, and changed my life forever.

Did these shifts come from getting a diagnosis? Well, truth be told, no. Not really. (That said, a diagnosis did help in furthering my studies and gaining more clarity!)

After going through everything I went through, and seeing that others were needlessly going through the same, I worked my ass of even more, to help others beat the stereotypical ADHD system. It became SO IMPORTANT to me that we could recognise the following things:

1. It doesn't have to be this way

2. There's a whole freaking world of possibility out there for the taking

3. It is 100% percent within reach, with the right help and support
